- Auction Processa. Items auctioned will be described and accompanied by photographs.b. Bidding is open to registered users.c. The highest bid at the end of the auction wins the item.
- Biddinga. Bidders should be aware that their bids are binding.b. Bids may only be withdrawn in exceptional circumstances, subject to our decision.c. Additionally, a commission of 15% of the winning bid will be automatically added to the final price.
- Paymenta. Auction winners must make payment for the item within the specified period.b. Accepted payment methods and currencies are specified on the platform.
- Item Descriptiona. While we aim for accurate item descriptions, we do not guarantee their condition.
- Minimum (Reserve) Pricea. Some items may have a minimum (reserve) price. If this is not met, the item may not be sold.
- Disputesa. Any disputes should be reported to our customer support for resolution.
- Feesa. Listing and buyer fees may apply.
- Privacy and Dataa. Participant data is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Liabilitya. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the auctions.
- Conclusiona. We reserve the right to conclude or suspend accounts for violations of our terms.
- Applicable Lawa. These terms are subject to Polish law.
- Changes to Regulationsa. We may update the terms, and participants will be informed.
